Another round of Beachbody P90X

Well it's about that time.  After a two month hiatus I'm ready to light up another round of Beachbody P90X.  I started my first round of it back in 2008.  However, for my fourth round I'm going to crank it up a notch.  I'll also be incorporating Beachbody Insanity with it.  Crazy?  Maybe a little.  But after losing 30% of my body fat with the first three rounds, my goal is to go sub-ten percent for my entire body.  One word comes to mind - shredded.  Look out pool, look out beach, I'm coming!  And I think those workouts combined with a little Beachbody Shakeology should do just the trick.  I'll be tracking my results weekly and be giving 30 day results regarding body fat loss.  I'll be "Bringing It" and I encourage you to do so as well, no matter what fitness level you might be.  Now's the time to look good, feel good, and live good!
